Systems Dashboard
The Systems Dashboard is updated as soon as IT becomes aware of any widespread outages.
This is the first spot to check if you are experiencing any platform connection or functioning issues to see if it is a localized issue or a larger campus or system issue.

ITS provides computing service, support and consultation for the faculty, staff and students at App State.
Walk-in Support Center
The Technology Support Center (TSC) is first-come, first-serve for faculty, staff and students. Services are offered for personal and university-owned devices.
Help Desk
The call-in support center for university IT serves as a point of contact for end-users to initiate technology assistance and services.
