At this time Mac users cannot install new software, update software or set up new machines.
JAMF, our Apple management platform, is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting the entire UNC system. The cloud servers that are responsible for software distribution to Mac and iOS devices unexpectedly shutdown and, in the process, appear to have suffered some data loss. The UNC System Apple admins are all working with JAMF to get services restored as quickly as possible. At this point, we do not have an ETA on when that will be. It's possible that the outage may last several days.
