Information Technology Services has scheduled computer maintenance for Friday, July 3, 2009.  This work will begin at 7:00 am and continue throughout the morning.  During this work, the following services will be affected:  Email, Appalnet and the Network.

The ASULearn Learning Management System is now available as of Tuesday, June 30th 4:00 PM and our maintenance was successfully completed, with ASULearn updated to version 1.95.

As with any new implementation, there may be some issues of which we are not yet aware. If you notice any unusual issues or potential problems with ASULearn, please email moodle@appstate.edu with as much detail as possible about the problem you experienced and the circumstances which produced it.

There are currently problems accessing Tech Excel. Tech Excel is used to enter requests for help on computer issues and was previously known as a RightNow Request.  Information Technology Services is aware of the problem and working to resolve it.  If you have immediate computer issues, you can call Tech Support at 262-6266 and report the problem.
