The new support website, created by the Technology Support Services department, was opened to the public today.

The support.apstate.edu website serves as a central online source for technical information for Faculty, Staff, and Students at Appalachian. The new site contains a knowledge base, information on support services, and contact information for both support in general and specific IT staff. Additionally, a news feed for technical news and announcements has been made available.

Many new developments are in progress for the support website and will be announced here as they are completed.
