AppalNet has continued to experience a caching problem with email. Most users report an error message that displays in place of the text of the email. This problem is easily corrected by deleting cache and cookie files from your internet browser.
AppalNet has been experiencing a caching problem with email. Most users report an error message that displays in place of the text of the email. This problem is easily corrected by deleting cache and cookie files from your internet browser.
To Delete Cache and Cookies select your browser below and follow the steps.
Internet Explorer 6.0
Select “Tools” at the top of your browser window.
Select “Internet Options”
Select the “General” Tab
Click “Delete Cookies”
“Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder”
Select “Yes”
Select “Delete Files”
Put a check in the box “Delete all offline content”
Select “OK”
Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.12
Select “Tools” at the top of your browser window.
Select “Clear Private Data”
Place a check in the “Cookies” box and leave all other defaults checked.
Click Clear Private Data Now.
Safari 2.0.3 (Mac)
Select the “Safari” menu at the top of your browser window.
Select “Empty Cache”
“Are you sure you want to empty the cache?”
Select “Empty”
Select the “Safari” menu.
Select “Preferences”
Click on the “Security” tab.
Click “Show Cookies”
Click “Remove All”
“Are you sure you want to remove all cookies?”
Click “Remove All”

Select “Tools” at the top of your browser window.
Select “Clear Private Data”
Place a check in the “Cookies” box and leave all other defaults checked.
Click "Clear Private Data Now".
