How do I print on both sides?
- See directions posted (for Macs and PCs) by the printer.
How do I print?
- File, Print, make sure that Campus_BW is selected, enter username and password in dialogue box, go to monitor, move the mouse or strike a key to get rid of the screen saver, swipe card, select print job, enter password.
Is there a colored printer in here?
- Colored printers are in the Library and SU.
How do you print on both sides of a paper in color?
- Put the paper back in the tray with printed side down.
Where can I add money to my card?
- Library, SU or Trivette Hall.
Can I put my own paper in the printer?
- No, go to ITC for further assistance.
How can I check my email if Appalnet is down?
- Use the website: http://appmail.appstate.edu
Do these computers have SAM (or any other specialty program) on here?
- TSS has SAM installed.
Where is tech support?
- Old Belk Library Classroom Building, Room 1022 .
How much does it cost to print?
- 3 cents for Black and White and 50 cents for color prints.
How do I print handouts for PowerPoint?
- File, print, select “handouts” under “print what”, select number of slides per page and hit ok.
How late are the labs open?
- See posted hours on lab door.
How do I get to WebCT if Appalnet is down?
- Go to ASU homepage, scroll to the bottom, click “My ASU” located on the bottom left of the page, select “Computer Resources” located on the bottom right of the page, select “WebCT class pages for students” and enter Username and password.
Where is the lost and found located?
- The lost and Found is located in the labs, Dean’s office, and at the Information desk in the Student Union.
