Information Technology Services is currently aware of a redirection issue with the http://appleap.appstate.edu website.  We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Information Technology Services has scheduled maintenance for Saturday, September 19, 2009.  This maintenance will include updating the Macintosh Servers.  Casper, Podcast, Filemaker, Netboot, MacSys and Quark License services will all be down periodically throughout the day.

The Novell Servers are also included in this planned maintenance, but the service interruptions will be brief.  Banner, Appalnet and Email will NOT be affected by this maintenance.  If you have any questions, contact Tech Support at 262-6266.

As of 5:00 pm on 9-2-09, all Enterprise Wireless Networking services are fully functional on campus, as well as in the dorms.

The faulty wireless controller has now been successfully replaced, and reconfigured. Due to the extreme failure of the Master Aruba Network Wireless Controller, ITIS was forced to reconfigure the entire wireless network.

We have taken steps that should minimize this type of outage in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this issue.
