How to setup a Blackberry device for ASU email
1) Setup your device through the Blackberry Internet Services (BIS) page. (Note: We currently do not have a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) on campus). The website for the setup page is: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw
2) Create a New Blackberry Account

3) You will need the Device PIN and Device ESN numbers. Directions on how to find this information is on the account setup page. The easiest way to do this is to go to Options on your device and then choose Status.

4) Login with your Blackberry username and password. (This is different than your ASU username and password – write this information down and keep it secure).

5) Click on Set Up Account
6) Enter your complete Appstate email account and your password (twice).

7) After the Email account is setup – you will need to change one account setting.
