ASU Wireless instructions for iPhone and iTouch setups
To connect to wifi here at ASU, follow these steps:
1) Select the "Settings" icon from the home screen of your iPhone or iPod Touch.

2) Select "Wi-Fi", then make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON.
3) Choose “asu” under “Choose a Network…” then enter username “asu” and password “asu”.

*If you don’t see the “asu” wireless network, you may not be in range of a wireless access point. Find an “asu” access point in range and continue.
4) At the Certificate screen, touch “Accept” to continue.

5) You are now connected to the ASU wireless network. You can verify this by looking for the “Airport Symbol” in the menu bar and a check mark beside the “asu” network.

You must register this device with our netreg system before accessing the internet. If this is the first time connecting the iPhone/iPod Touch to the ASU wireless network:
1) First connect to the ASU wireless network with the steps above.
2) Select the “Safari” icon from the iPhone/iPod Touch home screen.
3) Touch in the browser bar to bring up the keyboard and type in netreg2.appstate.edu then touch “Go”

4) Enter your ASU username and password (e.g. hodgesji ) and follow the on screen instructions to register the iPhone/iPod Touch on our network.
**In the comments field, put the device type (e.g. iPhone, iPod Touch)

5) After you have verified the registrations and gotten the confirmation page, you must wait 15 minutes. Once the 15 minutes have passed, reset the device by holding the menu button and the sleep buttons at the same time until the screen goes black and the apple logo appears.
